The URTA (Upper Richmond Teachers Association) group had been meeting for many years and has recently formed a Community of Schools with the title COLOURSS (Community of Learners of the Upper Richmond Small Schools). We aim to promote Public Education and our local small schools by organising combined activities such as Cultural Days, sporting events, art exhibitions and interschool visits. By forging connections between our school communities, we encourage student engagement, enhance student self-esteem and sense of belonging.
